GRAPHING PROJECT
Due: Monday, June 12, 2017 This week, we created our own survey questions and answer choices. Then we conducted the survey by asking our classmates the survey question and recorded our answers into a tally table. For homework this weekend, you will take the data from the tally table and create a bar graph or a pictograph. Please refer to the Student Work Example attachments on the left side of this webpage and to Math Reference Book pg. 4244. After creating a bar graph or pictograph, you will create a poster with your survey question, tally table, bar graph or pictograph, and what you learned. You will be graded on the following:
The least popular choice was ____________. _____ students voted for __________. Most students like __________. Least students like __________. _______ students voted in all. More students voted for ______ than for _______. Less students voted for ________ than for _______. CREATIVITY AND NEATNESS WILL ALSO BE GRADED. FEEL FREE TO MAKE YOUR POSTERS BRIGHT AND COLORFUL WITH PICTURES.
